We make every attempt to ensure that you are happy with your experience at Hair Atelier. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. Any redo services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
It is important you contact your stylist as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you ASAP for a corrective service.
Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
24 Hour Cancellation Policy - There will be a 50% cancellation fee for any no-show or cancellations within 24 hours of the schedules appointment
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.
In order to respect the time of both our guests and stylist, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
